This dog was found Saturday morning wandering on Pinecrest Drive in Monroe. Does he belong to you? He is safe in an enclosed porch, but the person who found him would like to be able to return him to his home. He has two collars. Whomever responds will need to describe those collars to make sure he gest back to his rightful home.
