The alleged kidnap victim in yesterday’s early morning carjacking has been found safe according to Gwinnett County Police Department. They are still investigating the case.
“When detectives visited the home of the victim this morning, they found him safe and unharmed. Neil told the investigators that after he was kidnapped on Sunday morning, the suspects took all of his belongings,” Cpl. Michele Pihera, public information officer with Gwinnett County Police Department said in a press release. “After several hours, they dropped him off somewhere along SR316. As the suspect started walking, he found his vehicle parked a short distance away.”
Pihera said as part the vehicle will be processed for evidence. The suspects are described as one Hispanic male and two black males. One of the black males allegedly was wearing a mask, and two of the suspects had guns.
“The lead detective assigned to this case is still sorting through the video evidence. At this time, no surveillance videos or photos will be released,” Pihera said in the release.

(Duluth, Georgia) Gwinnett Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating a suspect involved in a carjacking and kidnapping.
According to Gwinnett County Police Department, just before 1 a.m. on Sunday morning, Jan. 6, 2019, Neil Frasdilla, 21, was allegedly confronted in the parking lot of Luxor at 2472 Pleasant Hill Rd, by two black males with handguns. One of the suspects was described as wearing a black, red, and white striped shirt. The suspects arrived in a dark colored four-door passenger car.
A witness told police that the two suspects pointed a handgun at the victim and forced him to drive them in the victim’s white Acura TSX. They were last seen driving toward Pleasant Hill Rd.
