Officials with Georgia State Patrol confirmed that a 29-year-old man died in the early morning hours of Dec. 1, 2018, in Walton County when he lost control of his Honda Accord while traveling east on Centerhill church Road. Cps. Cal Barton with GSP, the driver was negotiating a curve just past McCullers Road when he traveled off the north shoulder and overturned. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected. He died at the scene. His passenger was restrained and was trapped and had to be extricated by the Fire Department. She is listed in serious condition at Gwinnett Medical.
The driver was Jeremy Blake White, 29, of Loganville and the passenger is Loni Law, 28, also of Loganville.
Barton said the call was dispatched at 2.11 a.m. Officials believe alcohol was involved.
Officials confirmed that an accident in the early morning hours of Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018, resulted in a fatality. It was on Centerhill Church Road Walton County.
