Walton Wellness presents The Seed To Fork Experience billed as the food experience of 2020. This event is perfect for all those who enjoy farm to table dining, beautiful scenery, and learning a few cooking tricks for canning some southern tomato classics. Participants will leave with their own freshly canned tomato sauce and salsa!)
This event will benefit the programs of Walton Wellness, as well as supporting our local economy with locally grown ingredients and even a local Chef, Jason Cobb.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 26, 2020 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. lakeside on the farm with Chef Jason Cobb at 499 Hamby Lane, Social Circle GA 30025. Public · Hosted by Walton Wellness Tickets are $150 from theseedtoforkexperience.eventbrite.com
Start the morning savoring handmade breakfast delights, locally roasted coffe and enjoying a food discussion. Chef Cobb then leads in the preparation of several classic tomato summer traditions: fresh slasa, bruschetta and making and canning homemade tomtato sauce. All your handmade goodies are yours to take.
Lunch is served with farm fresh creations under the picturesque lakeside stone pavilion. The morning concludes with a garden tour and parting gifts.
This is a covid responsible event: room for social distancing, outdoors and small group gathering. Face masks are at your discretion.
