The Walton County Sheriff’s Office reported the following Crime Awareness Community Alerts for the period Friday, Oct. 12 to Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

Arrest- Kenneth O’Kelley was arrested at a residence on Grady Smith Road for Disorderly Conduct following a dispute.
Arrest- Daniel Vines was arrested in the area of Broadnax Mill Road and Youth Monroe Road for Driving Under the Influence following a single vehicle accident with no injuries.
Entering Auto- Deputies took a report at a residence on Old Highway 138 in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual entered their unlocked vehicle and took several items sometime between 2:00 a.m, and 9:00 a.m. on this date.
Theft- Deputies took a report at a residence on Highway 138 in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual took several items from a job site sometime between 11:00 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. on this date.

Arrest- Jose Gonzales was arrested in the area of Highway 81 and Jersey Walnut Grove Road for Driving Under the Influence, Open Container, and Driving While Unlicensed following a suspicious vehicle call.
Arrest- Mason Barrow was arrested in the area of Cown Road and Maple Creek Drive for Failure to Maintain Lane, No License on Person, and Driving Under the Influence following a single vehicle accident. No life-threatening injuries reported. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident. Walton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division and Loganville Police Department further investigating the incident.
Arrest- Nicklaus Patterson and Casey Kelley were arrested in the area of Centerhill Church Road near Youth Elementary School following a traffic stop.
- Nicklaus Patterson was arrested for Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce, Possession of Schedule II Drugs, and Possession of Prescription Drug Not in Original Container.
- Casey Kelley was arrested for Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and Possession of Schedule I Drugs.
Trespassing- Deputies took a report at a residence on Kent Rock Road in reference to complainant reporting their neighbor advised them unknown individual were in their backyard attempting to take items from the residence around 5:30 p.m. on this date. Deputies thoroughly checked the area but had no contact with anyone. Nothing appeared to be missing at the time of the report.

Fraud- Deputies took a report at a residence on Creekside Trace in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual made an unauthorized purchase on their credit card.
Arrest- Jodie Josten was arrested at a residence on H D Atha Road for Battery and two counts of Cruelty to Children in the 3rd Degree following a dispute.
Damage to Property- Deputies took a report at a residence on Gene Bell Road in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual damaged their mailbox sometime between 8:00 a.m. and 1:50 p.m. this date.
Arrest- Andrew McBride was arrested in the area of Highway 78 and Jacks Creek Road for Driving While License Suspended following a traffic stop.
Firearms Complainant- Deputies responded to the area of Dewey Hogan Road in reference to a complaint of several unknown individuals shooting firearms from the roadway. Deputies made contact with the individuals and they were advised of the county ordinance on shooting firearms and asked to leave the area.
