The Walton County Sheriff’s Office reported the following Crime Awareness Community Alerts for the period Tuesday, March 19 – Wednesday, March 20, 2019. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

Arrest- Timothy Truluck was arrested in the area of Bay Creek Church Road and Still Road for Improper Turn and Driving Under the Influence following a traffic stop.
Arrest- Michael Worley was arrested at a residence on Etchison Road for a Violation of a Family Violence Order.
Entering Auto- Deputies took a report at Coparts on Highway 20 in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual took several items from the complainant’s unlocked vehicle while it was at an unsecure area of the business sometime between 8 am March 15th and 4:40 pm March 19th.
Arrest- Joselyn Pineda was arrested at a residence on Cook Road for Criminal Trespass and Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and Possession of Drug Related Objects following a dispute.
Arrest- Charles Vanname was arrested in the area of Highway 138 and Michael Road for Speeding, Fleeing to Elude, Reckless Driving, and Driving Under the Influence following a short vehicle pursuit ending in a single vehicle accident with no injuries.
Arrest- Oscar Arenas was arrested at a residence on Claude Brewer Road for an outstanding warrant out of Gwinnett County.
Burglary- Deputies took a report at a residence on Greystone Lane in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual was trying to obtain forced entry into the complainant’s residence sometime between 6 pm March 19th and 10 am March 20th. Pry marks were observed at the residence, but it didn’t appear the individual gained entry into the residence and nothing seemed to be missing at the time of the report.
