WCSO Alerts: Entering autos, stolen trailer and lawn mower and illegal hunting complaints

The Walton County Sheriff’s Office reported the following Community Alerts for the period Wednesday and Thursday, Nov. 15 – 16, 2017. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017

ZONE 1

Stolen Vehicle- Deputies took a report at a residence on Albert Clark Road in reference to an unknown individual taking complainants Excel Zero Turn Lawn Mower and red metal trailer. Both items were placed on the national database as stolen.

ZONE 2

Arrest- Jonathan Williamson was arrested at a residence on Walnut Circle for Criminal Trespass for being found on location after he had already been cited and advised to stay away.

Burglary- Deputies took a report at a residence in the area of Jersey Social Circle Road in reference to an unknown individuals entering complainants residence and taking numerous items. Walton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division responded to the scene of the incident.

ZONE 3

Arrest- Jacques Cooper was arrested in the area of Mount Vernon Road for Driving While License Suspended following a traffic stop.

ZONE 4

Arrest- David Jones was arrested at a residence on Jack Glass Road for an outstanding warrant out of Michigan and an outstanding warrant out of Indiana.

Scam- Deputies took a report at a residence on Cattle Barn Road in reference to an unknown individual contacting complainant via text claiming to be with the Walton County Sheriff’s Office and requesting a large amount of money.

Extra Patrol- Extra patrol was requested in the area of Clarence Odum Road in reference to an unknown individual in a field with a flashlight around 4:00 AM.

ZONE 5

ZONE 6

Agency Assist- Deputies assisted Loganville Fire Department at a business in the area of Tuck Road in reference to two contained fires in dumpsters on location.

Trespassing- Deputies took a report at a residence on Highway 78 in reference to an unknown individual(s) possibly hunting illegally on location. Georgia Department of Nature Resources notified of the ongoing issue.

Damage to Property- Deputies took a report at a residence on Escoe Drive in reference to an unknown individual throwing a brick through the window of motorist vehicle.

Arrest- Fred Cross Jr. was arrested in the area of Centerhill Church Road for Forgery, Driving While License Expired, and Driving Motor Vehicle While Tag Expired following a traffic stop.

ZONE 7

Entering Auto- Deputies took a report at a residence on Copper Ridge Drive in reference to an unknown individual entering motorist unlocked vehicle and taking several items.

Entering Auto- Deputies took a report at a residence on Cedar Oaks Lane in reference to an unknown individual entering motorist unlocked vehicles and taking several items.

 

Thursday, Nov. 16, 2017

ZONE 1

Theft- Deputies took a report at a residence on Vine Street in reference to an unknown individual taking several items from the residence.

ZONE 5

Arrest- Timothy Daniel Jr. was arrested in the area of Double Springs Road and New Hope Church Road for Driving While License Suspended and Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce following a traffic stop.

Arrest- Jacob Blandshaw was arrested in the area of Ozora Church Road and Richmond Place for Driving While License Suspended and cited for Following Too Close after a two vehicle accident with no injuries.
