WCSO Alerts: Fight in a Loganville restaurant; F150 truck stolen

The Walton County Sheriff’s Office reported the following Crime Awareness Community Alerts for the period Wednesday, March 11 to Sunday, March 15, 2020. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

Wednesday, March 11, 2020

ZONE 1

Arrest- A 37-year-old Covington man was arrested in the area of Highway 81 near Walnut Grove Elementary School for an outstanding warrant out of Covington Police Department following a traffic stop.

Thursday, March 12, 2020

ZONE 6

Theft- Deputies took a report at a residence on Windermere Drive in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual took several items from the complainants residence sometime around 2:29am. Walton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division investigating the incident.

Theft- Deputies took a report at a business on Centerhill Church Road in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual took a white in color Ford F150 pickup truck from the business sometime overnight. The vehicle was placed on the National Database as stolen. Walton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division investigating the incident.

ZONE 5

Agency Assist- Deputies assisted Loganville Police Department on a restaurant on Highway 78 in reference to a physical altercation taking place. Loganville Police Department handled the scene of the accident.

Arrest- Timothy Folts (58, Monroe) was arrested at a residence on Highway 81 for Simple Battery following a dispute.

Arrest- Davey Adcock (42, Monroe) was arrested at a residence on Stock Road for Battery following a dispute.

Saturday, March 14, 2020

ZONE 1

Arrest- A 62-year-old Bethlehem man was arrested in the area of Monroe Jersey Road and Vine Street or Driving Without a License and Driving Under the Influence following a traffic stop.

Arrest- A 30-year-old Monroe man was arrested in the area of South Broad Street and Walker Drive for Driving Under the Influence and Failure to Maintain Lane following a traffic stop.

ZONE 2

Arrest- Devin Moss (33, Monroe) was arrested at a residence on Highway 11 for Terroristic Threats (2 counts), Theft by Taking, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon following a dispute.

Arrest- A 30-year-old man Social Circle man was arrested and released on a copy of a citation in the area of Highway 11 and Simmons Road for Driving While Unlicensed following a disabled vehicle call.

ZONE 3

Arrest- A 47-year-old Monroe man was arrested at a residence on Brook Lane for an outstanding warrant out of Monroe Police Department.

Arrest- A 20-year-old Good Hope man was arrested in the area of Highway 83 and Good Hope Baptist Church for Discharging a Firearm in the Highway and Discharging a Firearm Under the Influence following a suspicious person call.

ZONE 4

Arrest- A 44-year-old Monroe man was arrested in the area of Highway 11 for an outstanding warrant out of Newton County following a suspicious person call.

ZONE 6

Shoplifting- Deputies responded to a business on Highway 78 in reference to an individual attempting to steal items from the business. A 32-year-old Snellville man was arrested and released on a copy of a citation for Shoplifting and Criminal Trespass.

Sunday, March 15, 2020

ZONE 3

Stolen Vehicle- Deputies took a report at a residence on Highway 186 in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual stole the complainants WWII ear Military Jeep from the residence sometime between December 15th and March 15th.

ZONE 5

Damage to Property- Deputies took a report at a residence on Forest Drive in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual damaged the complainant’s mailbox with what appeared to be a vehicle sometime around 11:40 pm.

ZONE 7

Arrest- Xavier Valente (25, Lawrenceville) and Steven Rodriguez (29, Norcross) were arrested at a residence on Old Highway 138 following a discharging firearms call.

– Xavier Valente was arrested for Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and an outstanding warrant out of Gwinnett County.

-Steven Rodriguez was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Lawrenceville Police Department.
