Walton County Sheriff’s Office reported the following Crime Awareness Community Alerts for the period Tuesday, July 14 to Thursday, July 16. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

Identity Theft- Deputies took a report at a residence on Magnolia Ridge Road in reference to complainant reporting they received notification an unknown individual filed the complainant’s taxes.
Damage to Property- Deputies took a report at a residence on Cedar Ridge Road in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual damaged the complainant’s mailbox sometime between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm.
Arrest- A 36-year-old Loganville man was arrested by Snellville Police Department for an outstanding warrant out of Walton County for a violation of a protection order. Snellville Officers transported Tanner to the county line where he was turned over to Walton County Deputies.

Arrest- A 33-year-old Social Circle resident was arrested at the Walton County Sheriff’s Office in the area of South Madison Avenue for an outstanding warrant out of Fulton County following turning himself in.
Arrest- A 40-year-old Monroe man was arrested in the area of Highway 78 and Mount Vernon Road for Driving Without a License, Possession of Non-Labeled Prescription Drugs, Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Related Objects following a traffic stop.
Extra Patrol- Extra patrol was requested in the area of Apalachee Subdivision in the area of Fannie Thompson Road in reference to numerous unknown individuals and vehicles in the neighborhood.
Suspicious Person- Deputies responded to FLM Motors in the area of Karlee Boulevard in reference to three unknown individuals on location banging on the door and shining flashlights into the business around 1:30 am. Deputies thoroughly checked the area but had no contact with anyone. Nothing appeared to be missing or tampered with.

Arrest- April Edmondson (39 of Lawrenceville) and Michael Waldrip (34 of Monroe) were arrested in the area of Orchard Circle following a stolen vehicle call. April Edmondson was arrested for Burglary in the 1st Degree. Michael Waldrip was arrested for Burglary in the 1st Degree and a Probation Violation out of Walton County.
Theft- Deputies took a report at a residence on Sycamore Drive in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual came to the residence and took a package off the front porch around 11:50 am.
Identity Theft- Deputies took a report at a residence on Travitine Trial in reference to complainant reporting they received a notification that an unknown individual was using the complainant’s identity to received Pandemic Unemployment Benefits.
