The Walton County Sheriff’s Office reported the following Community Alerts for Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2017. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.
Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2107
Theft- Deputies took a report at a residence on Stowe Road in reference to an unknown individual taking several packages from complainant’s residence.
Arrest- Deborah Johnson was arrested at a residence in the area of John Stowe Road for Violation of a Family Violence Order following a dispute.
Extra Patrol- Extra patrol was requested in the area of Highway 11 in reference to an ongoing issue with speeding vehicles in the area.
Arrest- Herbert Gulley was arrested in the area of Bay Creek Church Road and Bay Creek Spur for Driving While License Suspended following a traffic stop.
Suspicious Vehicle- Deputies responded to the area of Hickory Grove Church Road in reference to an unknown white passenger van parked at the church after hours. Deputies thoroughly checked the area, but had no contact.
Arrest- Waymon Tullis Jr. was arrested at a residence on Bay Creek Church Road for Criminal Trespass and Aggravated Assault following a dispute.
Agency Assist/Arrest- Deputies assisted Gwinnett County Officer arrest Russell Brand at a business in the area of Lawrenceville Road for an outstanding warrant out of Gwinnett County.
Arrest- Ervin Krso was arrested at a business in the area of Highway 78 for an outstanding warrant out of Snellville Police Department.
Damage to Property- Deputies took a report at a residence on Nunnally Farm Road in reference to an unknown individual damaging complainant’s mailbox.
Suspicious Person- Deputies responded to a residence on Brookstone Lane in reference to complainant hearing footsteps in their residence. Deputies clear the residence and thoroughly checked the area, but no contact with anyone.
Damage to Property- Deputies took a report at a church on Highway 81 in reference to an unknown individual cutting the gas line on two vehicles that belong to the church.
Entering Auto- Deputies took a report at a residence on Hunters Hollow Road in reference to an unknown individual taking complainant’s wallet from their locked vehicle. Wallet was recovered in Woodlake Subdivision.
