The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Oconee, Walton and Barrow Counties until 7:04 p.m. on June 15.

The National Weather Service has issued a significant Weather Advisory for Southwestern Barrow and Eastern Gwinnett counties until 6 p.m. A strong thunderstorm was seen near Hog Mountain, moving southeast at 5 p.m. The hazard includes 40 to 50 mph wind, frequent cloud to ground lightning and heavy rain.
Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around light or unsecured objects. Possible street flooding due to heave rains. Storm areas include Snellville, Auburn, Dacula, Grayson, Carl, Harbin and Hog Mountain.
