Women’s Health and Wellness Clinic of Walton has new location in Monroe

As of this morning, June 5, 2017, Women’s Health and Wellness Clinic of Walton has a new location for the Monroe Clinic. It will now be located at 226 Alcovy St., Suite E-17, in Monroe. The new clinic has more room to provide ultrasounds, pregnancy testing and STI testing. There also is room for the life skills education and fatherhood program as well as room for expansion when needed.

The Women’s Health and Wellness Clinic of Walton is the medical division of the Pregnancy Resource Center of Walton. According to the Facebook page, “PRC Walton, A Center of Hope’, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has been providing resources and support for persons in Walton County facing challenging life situations since 1996.” All services are provided free of charge. These include lab quality pregnancy testing and medically accurate information. The staff will go over all options following a positive pregnancy test. If you have questions about pregnancy, abortion procedures, adoption, parenting, and sexually transmitted infections, you can contact the center. The services are available regardless of income, race or religion.
