If you were one of the many eagerly awaiting the opening of Your Pie in downtown Monroe, your wait is over. The doors opened to the public on Saturday, Dec. 8 and, despite the weather, there was a constant flow of people in and out to get a taste of the new local cuisine. The kitchen was hopping!
Dubbed “the original fast-casual pizza concept,” the brick-oven pizzeria is now offering a “customizable, down the experience at its 110 S. Broad Street, Monroe location. This is the third location for Ross Bradley and Andrew Williams, following in the path of their Coving and Snellville locations. Your Pie’s “GM of the Year: by the Franchise, Jonathan Wood, will be operating the store.
