Wayne Rutledge, age 74 of Monroe, GA, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 8, 2026 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Richardson officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Conyers. The family will receive friends 11:00 AM -1:00 PM prior to the service.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Annie Williams Rutledge, and great grandchildren, Gage Keener and Brinley Keener. He is survived by his loving wife, Sheila Rutledge of Monroe, GA; daughter & son-in-law, Tammy and Danny Byrd of Eatonton, GA; son & daughter-in-law, Michael and Jennifer Rutledge of Loganville, GA; brother, L.C. Rutledge of Forsyth, GA; sister, Theresa Williamson of Conyers, GA; grandchildren, Anthony Hawkins, Daniel Hawkins, Kimberly Larson, Allison Keener, Brittany Cleghorne; and 10 great grandchildren.
