Once critical patient was transported by air ambulance
WALTON COUNTY, GA (Feb. 20, 2026) – Walton County Fire Rescue Deputy Chief Craig League reported that two people were injured, one critically in a two-vehicle crash in Walton County Friday afternoon.
“At 3:17pm WCFR responded to a two-vehicle crash on Centerhill Church Road at Rabbit Farm Road. Firefighters had to extricate two victims from a rollover down an embankment,” League said. “One of the patients was flown from the scene by Air ambulance with critical injuries. The second victim was transported to Northside Gwinnett Medical in Lawrenceville with serious injuries.”
League said Centerhill Church Road was shutdown for about an hour.
