A tree house adjacent to Youth Mobile Home Park in Walton County was destroyed by fire on Tuesday morning.
“It was spotted by an off-duty firefighter on his way home at 7:30 am this morning,” said Walton County Fire Rescue Battalion Chief Craig League. It was located in a wooded area adjacent to the park.”
League said the cause is not know, but it is presumed to be possibly caused by juveniles with discarded smoking materials. He said no other structures in the park were threatened by the fire.
