Raffle by Humane Society of Walton County extended to Aug. 25
The Humane Society of Walton County has extended the deadline for its 2026 Car Raffle to Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2026, giving supporters more time to help reach its goal of selling 5,000 tickets to benefit homeless pets in Walton County.
The winning ticket will now be drawn on Wednesday, Aug. 26 (International Dog Day) at the Humane Society’s shelter in Monroe. Organizers said 100% of raffle profits support the organization’s rescue, care and adoption programs.
The grand prize is a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4-Door Sahara (MSRP $61,935), or the winner may choose a $40,000 cash prize instead.
Tickets are $30 each, with discounted bundle options available. They can be purchased from the Humane Society or online at humanewalton.org.
The raffle is open to individuals 18 and older where permitted by law. If the raffle is canceled, all ticket purchases will be refunded. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes and fees associated with the prize.
Every ticket purchased directly supports the lifesaving work of the Humane Society of Walton County, helping rescue, care for, and rehome animals in need.
