If you’re looking to get a running start on this year’s 5Ks, Monroe County Day School is offering you an opportunity on March 11. The first Monroe County Day School 5K and Fun Run fundraiser promises a “flat, fast road course” that is open to all ages and abilities. The race begins at the Monroe Country Day School at 603 S Broad St., in Monroe. Registration and pickup begins at 7 p.m. with the Fun Run at 8 a.m. and the 5K beginning at 8:30 a.m.
The cost is $20 each or $60 for a family for pre-registration – $25 per person day of the race.
