Also on the agenda, is an executive session to discuss personnel and real estate matters. The City Council is expected to announce and vote on the appointment of a new city administrator this month. The two being given final consideration by the city are former Villa Rica City Manager David A. Milliron and current finance director for the City of Monroe, Logan Propes. Former city administrator Ron Rabun’s services were terminated at the beginning of the year and Propes has been the point person for the city’s department heads in the interim.
