MPD Reports: Request to remove meth pipe and the woman living in a shed; domestic dispute between siblings over one spending rent money on crack

The City of Monroe Police Department reported the following incidents for the period May 8 – 15, 2026. Due to the length, this report has been split into five parts. This is the fourth part. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

• Signal 37 – Norris St – In reference to a 911 hang up. Negative contact with anyone at the residence. All appeared okay.
• Juvenile Complaint – PlazaTrace – In reference to subject trespassing on the property with two unknown juveniles. Complainant just wanted the incident documented and subject to be advised to not return. Subject was located and advised to not return.
• Drug Issue – W Spring St.; Piedmont Walton – In reference to a small amount of marijuana located by ER staff. Patient unknown. The marijuana was secured into Evidence for destruction.
• Suspicious Vehicle – N Broad & Pavilion Pkwy – In reference to an elderly female driving a passenger car stopped in the roadway facing the wrong direction. Negative contact.
• Traffic Stop – Hwy 78 and Hwy 138 – Named arrested for felony possession of Marijuana following a traffic stop for impeding the flow of traffic. Transported to the WC Jail without incident.
• Vehicle Crash – Hwy 78 W off Ramp / Charlotte Rowel Blvd- Two vehicles, with minor injuries. GEARS report.
• Drug Issue – Walker Dr – In reference to wanting a woman that is living in her shed to be trespassed, and to remove the meth pipe. Advised to call back when the woman returns to issue trespass. Complainant understood. All okay.
• Welfare Check – N Midland Ave – In reference to subject requesting to go to the hospital for a possible broken arm.
• 911 Hang Up – N Lumpkin – Accidental dial. All okay on location.Domestic Dispute – E Fambrough – In reference to a domestic dispute between complainant and her brother. The two got into a heated argument because he used all the rent money to buy and smoke crack. Parties were separated and he left voluntarily to go stay with his lady friend on Pine Park St due to complainant making statements to harm him.
• EMS Assist – Nowell St – Female called stated she was having trouble breathing. EMS arrived and she refused transport.
• EMS Assist – W Creek Cir – Female had a lump in her arm and was worried it was a blood clot. EMS arrived however she declined transport.
• Dispute – Davis St – Complainant advised her son damaged her door. The son has a history of mental health and drug use. The son was taken to Piedmont Walton where an involuntary (1013) commitment was signed.
• Harassment – Boulevard – In reference to subject receiving multiple phone calls from an unknown number, all from the same caller. Report taken and an extra patrol request created and conducted.
• Suspicious Vehicle – Gliding Ln- In reference to the complainant stating a vehicle was driving recklessly in the area, no reckless driving was observed from the vehicle. Both parties advised on remedies.
• Missing Person – Georgia Ave; WCSO – In reference to the complainant reporting her mother, missing. It was advised the she was last seen at her residence, located at W 5th St, on Sunday this week. She had several health and mental health issues that her daughter was concerned about. She was listed on GCIC as missing and a BOLO was put out to surrounding agencies. Report taken.
• Area Check – Downtown on Foot – All ok.
• Follow Up – Marable Ln – In reference to call previous call. Missing person who had previously been reported missing, was located at the listed address. The report was updated, the BOLO wascanceled and she was removed from GCIC. All ok.
• Alarm – Hwy 138; Chick-Fil-A – Business checked; employees on location. All ok.
• Dispute – Gliding Ln – Complainant advised that her ex-girlfriend would not return her vehicle. I arrived at the location and the car was returned to the complainant without any law enforcement action.
• Entering auto – Walton St – In reference to owner of residence stating his ring camera activated showing a person in his front yard. Upon contact with the owner he stated it was simply a flash and nobody was there. Area checked with negative contact.Traffic Light – Highway 78 at Aycock Avenue – In reference to the traffic signal not functioning properly. Georgia DOT was notified.
• Suspicious Vehicle – Highway 78 at Unisia Drive – In reference to a passenger car driving recklessly on Highway 78 Westbound. Walton County Sheriff’s Office was notified. Mechanical breakdown -138 @ Michael Etchison. In reference to passenger car disabled in the roadway. The area was checked; negative contact.
• Other law – Ridge Road – In reference to a male subject asking if it was okay to murder someone who cheats on them. Remedies advised.
• Dispute – East Washington Street – In reference to a verbal dispute between two subjects. One was issued a Notice of Prohibited Entry form from the residence per the other’s request. Parties were advised of remedies and sent on their way.
• Business Alarm – East Spring St / FISH – Audible alarm and key holder request dispatch. Area checked as requested and all was ok.
• Dispute – East Spring Street; Tire Depot – Two males fighting in the parking lot arrested for disorderly conduct.
• Traffic Stop/Arrest – Charlotte Rowell Blvd / Highway 138 – Vehicle stopped for traffic violation. Driver arrested for Poss. of Sch. l (MDMA), Poss. of Sch. ll (Oxycodone), Poss. of Marijuana less than 1 ounces and Poss. of a Firearm during the commission of a Felony. She was taken to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office Jail without incident. Vehicle turned over to Taylor’s Wrecker Service.
• Suspicious Vehicle – in the area of Michael Etchison in reference to a vehicle driving in the area. Negative Contact.
• Suspicious Vehicle – Heritage Ridge Ct – Complainant stating they observed a passenger car in the area and found it to be suspicious. No car matching this description was seen in the area.
• Suspicious Vehicle – East Marable Street / Matthews Park – In reference to subject at the listed location after hours. Subject was packing up equipment from a recent disc golf scrimmage, and was sent on his way without incident.
• Pursuit – Highway 78 / North Broad Street – In reference to a named subject failing to pullover for a traffic stop and fleeing. Saquais was apprehended at Arby’s on West Spring Street and taken to the WCSO Jail on various charges without further incident.
• Missing Person – S Broad St. Abundance of Love – In reference to subject not returning from the food bank at The Monroe Church. Contact was made with the complainant who stated that she has not returned before and requested help in the area. Subject was located by WCSO and transported to Piedmont Walton.
• Impaired Driver – Papa John’s Pizza: In reference to the complainant allegedly observing a female in a Toyota passenger car, possibly being impaired. Area checked with negative contact.
• Suspicious Vehicle – MLK Jr Blvd / Tractor Supply – In reference to subject parked at the listed location after business hours. Subject was able to provide proof that he is allowed to reside in his vehicle in the parking lot due to his personal circumstances. All okay.
• Suspicious Vehicle – MLK Jr, Blvd, Tractor Supply- In reference to subject dumpster diving behind the store after business hours. He was advised of the loitering laws and sent on his way.
• Unsecure Premise – MLK Jr Blvd / Monroe Smoke Shop – In reference to an unsecure premise located at the listed location, during routine area checks. Contact was made with the owner, who advised that nothing was taken nor was any property damaged. All okay.
• Business Alarm – MLK Jr, Blvd, Longhorn’s- In reference to the carpet cleaners accidentally setting off the alarm. Everything okay.
• Wanted Person – Alcovy Street – In reference to a named subject on location with an active warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the Walton County jail without incident. Report taken.
• 911 Hang-up – GW Carver Drive – Extensive history. Contact made by dispatch who advised all was okay.
• 911 Hang-up – GW Carver Drive – Negative contact with any subjects while checking the area. The caller made contact with dispatch and advised all was okay.
• Juvenile Runaway – Green Street – In reference to juvenile running away from home at 1:00am for the second time this week. Juvenile complaint completed, entered on GCIC.
• Accident – W Spring St; Walmart- Two vehicles with no injuries reported on scene. Report in GEARS.
• Suspicious Vehicle – North Broad Street – In reference to a Flatbed truck failing to maintain lane. Negative contact.
