GARRETT – James (Jim) Franklin Garrett, Jr., age 76 of Loganville, GA, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Jim was a pipe fitter for O.F.S. prior to retiring. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Franklin Garrett, Sr. and Lois Virginia (Benson) Garrett.
Jim is survived by his loving wife of 54 ½ years, Shirley (Hannah) Garrett of Loganville; daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Shane Williams of Loganville, GA; son, Andy Garrett of Loganville, GA; grandchildren, Corey Williams and Harley Williams; brother and sister-in-law, Rod and Peggy Garrett of Kingston, TN; nephews, Steve Garrett and Chip Garrett, both of Kingston, TN; numerous family and friends.
