The Social Circle Farmers Market hosted by Downtown Social Circle, GA has the usual fresh produce, homemade baked goods and plants in Friendship Park this Saturday, but it also has something else special – it also will be a day of pet adoptions and giveaways for lovers of animals.
Countryside Animal Hospital and Countryside Equine Rescue will be on hand, with Elsa the rescue pony, along with the Walton County Humane Society.
You are invited to come stroll through Friendship Park and shop from a curated selection of local farmers, bakers, and makers and meet the animals looking for their “furever” home. It is a special pet-themed market day full of love for animals big and small! You get free dog treats when you adopt your new furry family member.
The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21, at Friendship Park, 184 South Cherokee Road in Social Circle.
Bring the family, meet some adoptable pets, and show a little love to local vendors and rescue partners.
