The City of Social Circle is kicking off summer break with a special “So Long School!” edition of its Farmers Market on Thursday, May 21, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Social Circle Friendship Park.
The family-friendly event will feature local vendors, fresh produce, treats and activities for children, including an inflatable obstacle course and free icy pops while supplies last. City officials said the market is designed as a celebration for students as the school year comes to a close.
The special activities are being sponsored by EXTOL Realty, according to the city’s Downtown/Main Street Department. The Social Circle Farmers Market is held on the first and third Thursdays of each month through October in downtown Social Circle.
