Renowned Monroe historian Steve Brown is hosting another of his ‘historical’ walks through town Saturday. If you want to know what was where, why and how, and anything else in the history of Monroe, this would be a great way to learn about it. Whether you’re an old Monroe resident who would just like a stroll down memory lane, or a new resident who would like to know more about this place you now call home, this tour is a must.

You are invited to a special South Broad walking tour beginning at 10 a.m. this Saturday, Feb 28. You can reserve your spot now by emailing stevebrownmonroe@gmail.com and don’t forget to let them know how many people are included in your group.

Things kick off at the Monroe Museum (227 South Broad Street). Click or tap on this link for the official invite from Steve Brown himself.
