Walton County Board of Commissioners Chairman Kevin Little presented a proclamation to Avon Wright Friday, Nov. 17, 2017, at her 100th birthday celebration at Great Oaks Senior Living. The proclamation names Sunday, Nov. 19, 2017, as Martha A. Smith-Wright Day in Walton County.
