WCSO Alerts: Alleged child pornography arrest; trespassing at Loganville Rock Quarry; stolen car recovered

The Walton County Sheriff’s Office reported the following Crime Awareness Community Alerts for the period July 20 – 26, 2020. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

Monday, July 20, 2020
 
ZONE 6
 
Trespassing- Four individuals were cited at the Rock Quarry in the area of Anslee Lakes Subdivision for trespassing around 5:00 pm. 

Tuesday, July 21, 2020
 
ZONE 3
 
Arrest A 36-year-old Monroe woman was arrested in the area of Turkey Mountain Trail and Mount Vernon Road for an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant out of Walton County, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Related Objects following a traffic stop.
 
Recovered Vehicle- Deputies recovered a Chevy S10 at a residence in the area of Highway 83. The vehicle was reported stolen out of Morgan County.
 
ZONE 6
 
Suspicious Person- Deputies responded to a residence in the area of Grove Trail in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual in an orange in color hoodie setting off the complainant’s car alarm around 11:20 pm. The suspect fled on foot prior to deputies’
arrival. Deputies thoroughly checked the area but had no contact.  

Wednesday, July 22, 2020
 
ZONE 5 

Identity Theft- Deputies took a report at a residence on Poplar Lane in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual filed for unemployment in a different state using the complainant’s information.
 
Citation/Firearms Complainant- One individual was cited at a residence on Carl Davis Road for Disorderly Conduct following being warned to stop discharging their firearm in an unsafe manner.
 
ZONE 6
 
Arrest- Emmanuel Barrientos (28 of Bronx, New York) was arrested in the area of Gum Creek Lane. FBI took warrants for Production of Child Pornography following an ongoing investigation with Walton County Sheriff’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
 
Entering Auto- Deputies took a report at ATL East Auto Auction in the area of Highway 78 in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual gained forced entry and caused damage to the complainant’s vehicle. The complainant reported several items missing from the vehicle sometime between 12:00 am July 20th and 6:55 pm July 22nd

Thursday, July 23, 2020
 
ZONE 5
 
Arrest- A 43-year-old Lilburn man was arrested at a residence on Mountain Creek Church Road for an outstanding warrant out of Gwinnett County following a dispute.
 
ZONE 6
 
Arrest- A 48-year-old Loganville man was arrested by Snellville Police Department for an outstanding Identity Fraud warrant out of Walton County. Snellville Officers transported Daniels to the county line where he was turned over to Walton County Deputies.
 
Entering Auto- Deputies took a report at a residence on Tom Brewer Road in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual entered two unlocked vehicles at the complainant’s residence and took several items sometime between 10:00 pm and 10:45 pm. A 9MM firearm and IPad were taken and placed on the National Database as stolen. Deputies thoroughly checked the area but had no contact with anyone.

ZONE 3
 
Agency Assist- Walton County Deputies assist Morgan County Deputies in the area of Braswell Road at Mergen Dollar Road in reference to an area check for a suspect who fled on a four-wheeler. Morgan County Sheriff’s Office handling the incident.
 
ZONE 5
 
Shots Fired- Deputies responded to a residence on Bullock Lane in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual in a white in color SUV firing off approximately five shots near the complainant’s residence around 9:30 pm. Deputies recovered shell casings in front of the complainant’s residence. No possible suspects are known. Deputies thoroughly checked the area but had no contact with anyone. Walton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division investigating the incident.
 
Arrest- A 32-year-old Loganville woman was arrested at a residence on Cedar Creek Drive for two counts of Battery and Cruelty to Child in the 3rdDegree following a dispute. 

Saturday, July 25, 2020
  
ZONE 1
 
Trespassing- Six individuals were cited in the area of PJ East Road for Criminal Trespass following being found mud bogging on private property around 8:00 pm.
 
ZONE 4
 
Theft- Deputies took a report at a residence on John Stowe Spur in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual took several items from outside the residence sometime between 4:00 pm July 24th and 9:00 am July 25th. It was also reported an unknown individual attempted to pry open a door on the residence around 9:00 pm, but never gained access into the residence. Walton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division investigating the incident.
 
ZONE 5
 
Burglary Attempt- Deputies took a report at a residence on Highway 11 in reference to complainant reporting an unknown individual moved items around behind the complainant’s residence and there were smudge marks on the complainant’s window that occurred sometime between Sunday, July 19th and Saturday, July 25th. Entry was not gained into the residence and nothing appeared to be missing. Walton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division investigating the incident.
 
ZONE 6
 
Suspicious Vehicle- Deputies responded to Sharon Elementary school in the area of White Road in reference to complainant reporting an unknown motorist was doing donuts in the parking lot of the school around 10:30 pm. The vehicle was gone prior to the deputy’s arrival, but black tire marks were observed in the parking lot.

ZONE 4
 
Arrest- A 19-year-old Monroe woman was arrested by Barrow County Deputies for an outstanding Probation Violation warrant out of Walton County. Barrow County Deputies took Hanson to the county line and turned her over to Walton County Deputies.
 
ZONE 5
 
Suspicious Vehicle- Deputies responded to the Rock Quarry in the area of Anslee Lakes Subdivision in reference to a complaint of individuals riding ATV’s at the quarry around 11:50 am. Deputies thoroughly checked the area but had no contact with anyone on ATVs.
