Officials say at this time the shooting is believed to be accidental
LOGANVILLE, GA (Nov. 3, 2024) Loganville officials say a victim was injured in a shooting in Loganville on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024, and a Tucker man has been charged in the incident.
“Last night at 5:45 PM, officers from the Loganville Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at 4714 Atlanta Highway, Beast vape and Smoke Depot. Based on the initial investigation, the shooting appears to be accidental,” Loganville officials reported in a press release. “The victim was transported with serious injuries but was conscious and alert. We are not releasing the victim’s info at this time.”
LPD report that one person was taken into custody and charged with reckless conduct and pointing a weapon at another, both misdemeanor charges. However, they say the investigation is ongoing, and additional criminal charges are possible.
The suspect has been identified as 26 year old Amish Rattnani of Tucker, Ga.
