Monroe Fire Department is working a fire at 137 Glen Iris Drive in Monroe. Capt. Jack Armstrong with the MFD said the fire is currently a working fire and crews are on the scene. Walton County Fire Rescue is assisting MFD.
“Red Cross (has been) called for the family,” Armstrong said. “The fire is under control.”
Armstrong said the call was dispatched at 11:46 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 28, 2018. The cause is under investigation.
