Walton County Fire Rescue has crews standing by at a large water main break on Youth Monroe Road near Raymond’s Drive, according to Battalion Chief Craig League with WCFR. League said Walton County Water Department has repair crews responding.
League said one lane of Youth Monroe Road is closed and there could well be a big water outage.
“This is the main supply line,” League said. “I believe it goes to the water tower on Highway 78.”
