Walton County Fire Rescue responded to a motor vehicle accident at Highway 78 East bound and Troy Smith Road at 7:25 a.m. Wednesday morning, Aug. 9, 2017. According to Battalion Chief Craig League with WCFR, one vehicle involved. The accident was off the roadway and the road is now open.
League said two patients, the female driver and an infant child, received minor injuries and were transported to Clearview Regional Medical Center by EMS.
