The June TRIAD meeting at Southern Plantation is on Friday, June 1, 2017. It is hosted this month by Loganville Police Chief Mike McHugh and a program will be presented by members of the Loganville Police Department.
The first Friday of every month, local senior citizens gather in the community room at Southern Plantation in Loganville for the Walton County S.A.L.T. TRIAD meeting. S.A.L.T., which stands for Seniors and Law Enforcement, gives law enforcement the opportunity to meet with seniors and brief them on what is going on in the community and address some of their safety concerns. City and county officials also give an update on items of interest to residents and a breakfast is served.
The meeting takes place in the community room at Southern Planation, 580 Tommy Lee Fuller Drive in Loganville. Breakfast is served at 9 a.m. and the meeting usually concludes by 10:30 a.m.
