Georgia is reporting 1137 total deaths, five more overnight and 26937, 673 more cases reported since yesterday. Walton County is reporting one more case bringing the total to 127 and Gwinnett County is reporting 23 new cases bringing the total to 1,809.
Walton County is reporting one new death and six new cases
At 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, Walton County is reporting a total of four deaths with 126 cases. A total of 20 people from Walton County are currently hospitalized with COVID-19.

On April 30, 2020, Walton County long-term care facilities are reporting Park Place Nursing Home now has 19 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in residents and one case in the staff. There are no changes to reports from the other facilities.

- The Retreat at Loganville Pearl Memory Care Building – nine confirmed resident cases, three deaths
