Georgia DOT to close SR 10/US 78 left turn onto SR 124 on July 21

Traffic operation change scheduled for July 31, 2019

This lane closure will allow crews to complete the construction of the concrete island that will separate the east and westbound lanes of traffic on State Route 124.

Motorists will be detoured by way of Henry Clower Boulevard. Message boards will be provided to guide motorists through the detour.

Traffic will begin operating as a displaced left turn early Wednesday, July 31, 2019. Crews will begin working in the travel lanes on Tuesday July 30, 2019 and law enforcement will be present to assist in this traffic pattern change.
