Applicant must possess strong leadership skills and minimum two years in leadership role such as supervisor, team lead or shift leader. Care and safety go hand-in-hand in our facility. Applicant must possess caregiving abilities while maintaining and enforcing a safe work/public environment for both staff and public. Applicant must be able to lift 50 pounds and handle care of all animals in our facility. Job duties include but are not limited to front of the facility and back of the facility duties; Kennel and cattery complete care/cleaning/closing down duties as well as interactions with the public answering questions and ops processing. Applicant must possess multitasking abilities, work well with others, communicate clearly and execute rule-upholding decision-making in a fast paced environment. PM Shift lead will secure the animals and building nightly and ensure facility is set up for morning.
