LIHEAP assists eligible persons with energy bill funding during high energy season

Partnership for Community Action, Inc. opened LIHEAP appointments to the general public at 7 a.m. on May 1. Appointments cannot be booked before 7 a.m.

PCA serves residents of DeKalb, Gwinnett, Newton, Rockdale, and Walton counties only. Due to high call volume, we strongly urge clients to schedule appointments through our website whenever possible

Appointment Information
Appointments are required and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while funding is available. Limited walk-ins will be accepted at service locations. Please remember, an appointment does not guarantee assistance. Clients should continue making payments on their electric bill until assistance is approved and posted to the account.

Required Documents
Before your appointment, please make sure you have copies of all required documents:

• Photo ID for the applicant
• Social Security cards for all household members
• Proof of income for all household members age 18 and older
• Current electric bill
