Local author Lori Duff’s new book is now out, just in time for Christmas

“Hottest New Release” Amazon ranked and the latest book by local attorney, Loganville Municipal Court Judge, columnist, blogger, standup comedian and author Lori Duff is now out and available for purchase – just in time for Christmas. Here are some of the early reviews on her latest release, If you did what I asked in the first place.

“Written in a clear, sharp voice, these autobiographical snippets focus on the everyday, as well as on personal faults and foibles,” says Foreword Reviews. “Duff both pokes fun at herself and embraces the quirks and experiences that make her unique.”

Kirkus Reviews says, “Duff’s lighthearted stories examine day-to-day triumphs and tribulations with forthright honesty and the kind of humor that combines self-deprecation and casual philosophizing.”

Duff celebrated her book’s launch with a release party at The Monroe-Walton Center for the Arts on Sunday. In this latest book,  Duff’s takes on the wonders of women are “insightful and relatable observations of some of the biggest heroes life has to offer: mothers, career women, and all-around funny ladies.” If you’re stressed and need some comic release – you can get it here!

Duff also runs her own law practice, is married to a retired police officer and has two teenage children and a puppy — all a great source for her writings. “If You Did What I Asked in the First Place” is Duff’s fourth book and can be purchased on Amazon or locally through The Southern Pen Bookshop.
