Monroe’s invites the community to the city’s Birthday Bash

From 3 – 7 p.m. today there is a big celebration in downtown Monroe. There’s food, fun, music and activities for the children. City personnel are on hand to offer birthday cupcakes, smores – with the fire to cook the marshmellows and keep you warm as the sun goes down – and commemorative goodies for the special occasion!

It’s been a fun week, and there’s still more to come.
