Monroe-Walton Center for the Arts is offering ArtSprouts, a playful, hands-on art class designed for children ages 2–5, with instructor Amy Weems.
The class gives preschoolers an opportunity to explore painting, collage, sculpture and other sensory art activities while developing fine motor skills and creative expression. Caregiver participation is encouraged, making the class an opportunity for children and adults to create and learn together.
The next session is Tuesday, Aug. 11, at 4:30 p.m. at MWCA, 205 S. Broad St., Monroe. Class size is limited to six students, and no previous art experience is required.
Cost: $25 per class, $20 for MWCA members. Four-class bundle options are also available.
