National Day of Prayer to be observed in Loganville Thursday

The community is invited to observe the National Day of Prayer in Loganville on Thursday, May 3, 2018. The service will be held from noon to 1 p.m. at the new Loganville City Hall Lawn located at 4303 Lawrenceville Road. Attendees are invited to join with pastors and believers from the local area to “focus on God and to seek His heart for our individual lives, our community, our nation, and for His church as a whole.”

Created by a joint resolution of the United States Congress and signed into law by President Harry S. Truman, the National Day of Prayer is an annual observance the first Thursday of May each year inviting people of all faiths to pray for the nation.
