Lois Evelyn Smith, age 86 of Loganville, GA, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 15, 2024 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Greg McKinney officiating. Interment will follow at Sardis Full Gospel Church Cemetery, 1910 Sardis Church Road, Monroe. The family will receive friends 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM prior to the service.
Lois was a member of The Harvest Chapel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reginald Denny Smith; son, Curtis Russ; daughter, Evelyn Wooten; granddaughter, Brandi Russ; parents, Clifton Grant and Bessie Ivory (Hubbard) Hoyle; brothers, Oscar Hoyle, Lee Hoyle, Jimmy Hoyle, Roy Hoyle; sister, Dolly Wheatley.
Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Richard Goldsby of Loganville, GA; brother, Ernest Hoyle of Zephyrhills, FL; brother and sister-in-law, Carl and Debbie Hoyle of Zephyrhills, FL; sister-in-law, Louise Hoyle of Zephyrhills, FL; sisters, Rachel Cupps of Birmingham, AL, Louise Williams of San Antonio, FL, and Mary Murphy of Zephyrhills, FL; grandchildren, Brian and Christy Russ, Kristy and Brian Cason, Niki Reynolds, Phillip Wooten, Michael and Nicole Yancey, Christopher and Natalee Wooten; 11 great grandchildren; numerous family and friends.
