Zachary James Smith, age 21 of Loganville, GA, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2026. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 4, 2026 in the Monroe Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Black and Pastor Jerry Grey officiating. The family will receive friends 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM prior to the service. Interment will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, June 5, 2026 at Magnolia Park Cemetery, 205 S. Pleasant Hill Road, Warner Robins, GA.
Zach was an upcoming Senior at the University of Georgia Terry School of Business. He was an easy going person that everyone loved. He enjoyed worldwide travel, mission trips, golf, was an avid duck hunter and loved spending time with his childhood friends. He was a loving partner, son, and brother.
Zach was preceded in death by his father, James Brandon Smith; grandfathers, John Glisson and Jimmy Smith. He is survived by his future wife, Olivia Rimar of McDonough, GA; parents, Lori and Anthony Smith of Luray, VA; brother, Bryson Smith of Luray, VA; sister, Annie Smith of Luray, VA; grandparents, Terry and Jeanne McLarty of Loganville, GA, Kim Smith – Glisson of Luray, VA, James and Melissa Cloude of Front Royal, VA, and Brenda Smith of Pendergrass, GA; uncle and aunt, Josh and Amy McLarty of Covington, GA; cousins, Emeline McLarty of Covington, GA, Odette McLarty of Covington, GA, and Jason Odum of La Fayette, AL; many aunts, uncles and cousins; numerous other family and friends.
