Obituary and funeral services: Amie H. Gresham, 95, of Loganville

Mrs. Amie H. Gresham, age 95 of Loganville, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2018. A Memorial Service will be held at 3 PM on Sunday, March 4, 2018 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Rusty Ruark will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Gresham was born and raised in Thomaston, GA and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School. She moved to the Atlanta area in 1942. Mrs. Gresham was a member of Loganville Baptist Church where she was in the Dorcas Sunday School Class, and a former member of Stone Mountain Baptist Church and Moreland Avenue Baptist Church. She taught Sunday school to 4 and 5 year olds for over 40 years. Mrs. Gresham was a Girl Scout Leader for almost 10 years and belonged to the Stone Mountain Women’s Club. She was the Greeter for the Chick-fil-a in Loganville for 4-5 years. She loved her bookkeeping job at William Brothers in Marietta, formerly of East Atlanta. Mrs. Gresham was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell Gresham, her grandson, Matthew G. Lipham, and her siblings, Betty Blackstock, James Howell, and Bill Howell. She is survived by her Daughter & Son-in-law: Marsha & Bill Lipham; Grandchildren: Becky Reybrock-Wild & Chad Wild; Great Grandchildren: Matthew C. Reybrock, Amie Helena Reybrock, and Jaxson Ryder Reybrock, all of Loganville.
