Obituary and funeral services for Janet ‘Jan’ Evelyn Smith Eidson, 76, of Social Circle

Janet (Jan) Evelyn Smith Eidson, age 76, of Social Circle, died on February 24, 2019. She was born on September 28, 1942, in Marianna, FL to the late Harry Grimshaw Smith and the late Lois Lewis Smith. She was preceded in death by her husbands, the late John Daniel Pace, the late Jerry Eidson and her sister Artie Nichols.

Surviving are: Daughter and Son in Law, Amy and Gil Zapatka of Social Circle; Sons and Daughters in Law, Justin and Dawn Pace of Jackson, Lance and Kristi Butler of Clarksville, TN; 5 Grandchildren; her nieces Belinda Nichols of Falls Church, Virginia and Debbie Hauter of Marshall, Virginia; her nephew Dean Nichols of Largo, Florida.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, February 28th at 11:00 AM at the Social Circle First Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike Hardy officiating. Interment will be held at a later date at Lake Mystic Cemetery in Bristol, FL. Please sign the guestbook online at www.meadowsfuneralhomeinc.com.
