Jeannie Nelms Parker., age 76, of Loganville, passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2017. Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, December 28, 2017 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Cory Sexton will officiate. Interment will follow at Melwood Cemetery in Stone Mountain. She attended The Orchard Church in Loganville. Jeannie was preceded in death by her parents: Richard Odell & Beautell Holcombe Payton, Sr.; husbands: Roy Lamar Nelms, Sr.; Billy Charles Parker and is survived by her children: Angela & Albert Huffman of Loganville; Vickie & John Sullivan of Flowery Branch; Roy Lamar, Jr. & Sharon Nelms of Loganville; David Lee Parker of Tazwell, TN; brother: Sonny Payton of Monroe; sister & brother-in-law: Martha & Clint Sexton of Jefferson; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
