Evan Kolacki, age 68 of Monroe, GA, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. A Memorial Service was held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, June 20, 2026 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Ronnie Kendall, Pastor Chase Snyder, and Rev. Jimmy Wilson officiated. The family received friends one hour prior to the service.
Evan regularly attended First Baptist Church in Loganville. He enjoyed serving and helping others and was employed as a pharmacist with Northside Gwinnett for 25 years. In his free time, Evan enjoyed golf and tending to his new home and yard. Above all, he loved to spend time with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son, Warren Griffith; parents, Robert and Barbara Kolacki; and sister, Mary Ashbaucher.
Evan is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Bobbi Kolacki; daughter and son-in-law, Sarah (Graham) Hughes; son and daughter-in-law, Matthew (Laura) Kolacki; grandchildren, Wilson Hughes, Baylor Hughes, and Eloise Kolacki; brother and sister-in-law, Douglas (Kristy) Kolacki; sister, Beth Kolacki; many nieces and nephews; numerous family and friends.
