Obituary: Franklin Delano Casper, 79, of Monroe

Franklin Delano Casper, age 79, of Monroe, died on January 22, 2018. He was born in Walton County on October 15, 1938 to the late Nellie Slaton Casper and the late Willie Joe Casper. He was preceded in death by his son, the late James Brian Casper.

Surviving are: wife, Eva Casper of Monroe; son and daughter in law, Frankie and Cathy Casper; sisters, Dot Clay, Geneva Parr, and Diane Strickland; grandchildren: Kayla Casper, Morgan King, Leann Casper, Lukas Perrin, Dylan Smith, Tyler Perrin, Jacob VanDeWark, James Casper; great grandchildren: Brylan Tolle and Aubrianna Tolle.

Funeral services were Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 12:00 pm in the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Durden officiating. Entombment followed at Hill Haven Memory Gardens.
