Obituary: Herman ‘Bud’ Miller, 74, of Monroe

Herman “Bud” Miller, age 74, of Monroe, GA passed away on December 18, 2017. He was born in Champaign, IL on February 2, 1943 to the late Hans John Miller and the late Clydith Miller.

Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his son, the late Richard Taylor; sisters, the late Shirley Piatt, the late Betty Burgess, the late Carol Rexroat, the late Suzie Graham; brother, the late Johnny Miller.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Miller of Monroe, GA; daughters, Jenet Johnson, Melinda Wilbanks, Laura Cothran, Erica Thompson; sons, Gregory Miller, Taylor Miller; brother, Jim Miller; grandchildren, Alyssa Thompson, Savannah Thompson, Maggie Miller, Haley Clonts, James Clonts, Brittany Hall, Amber Cothran; great grandchildren, Bella Grace, Aiden James, and Bentley Cade; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 22, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA.
