James “Ronnie” Martin, age 64 of Loganville, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, April 17, 2026. A Celebration of Life was held at 3:00 PM on Friday, April 24, 2026, in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Pastor Jimmy Hammond officiating. The visitation with family was held one hour prior to the service.
Ronnie was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. His love of the outdoors was his peace in life. He was a retired cabinet builder and enjoyed working with his late brother LD Martin. His mother Eleanor Emmaline Martin was the light of his life. Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, James & Eleanor (Skelton) Martin; his brother, James “LD” David Martin; and sister, Elizabeth Martin. He is survived by his sisters, Betty Shelton (David Martin) of Loganville and Lisa Johnson of Buford; many nieces and nephews.
