Mary Ann Mayer, age 77 of Monroe, GA, passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2025. A Funeral Service was held at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 27, 2025 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Lee and Rev. Shane Roye officiating. Interment followed at 1:30 PM at Jackson Memorial Gardens, 6825 Jefferson Road, Commerce, GA.
Mary Ann worked as a clerk for Majik Market Convenience Store prior to retiring. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Mayer; son, David Spivey; parents, Rev. James and Annie Ruth (Nelms) Hughes. Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Daniel and Amanda Spivey of Fayetteville, GA, Michael and Terri Spivey of Covington, GA; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; numerous family and friends.
