Two well known businesses in Loganville announce merger

LOGANVILLE, GA (Aug. 26, 2026) — On Monday, two local businesses surprised members of the community with an announcement that the two well-known enterprises, both serving the needs of local residents, are joining forces — one specializing in heating and air and the other in plumbing.

In a social media post, Techmazing Heating, Cooling and now Plumbing announced that it is joining forces with TAPP Plumbing.

“For years, Joe and Renee have built TAPP Plumbing around taking care of people, doing things the right way, and being a company the community knows it can trust. That reputation isn’t something you simply buy or replace — it’s something you respect and carry forward. That’s exactly what we intend to do,” Techmazing announced. “We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to bring TAPP Plumbing and Techmazing together and continue serving the families and businesses that Joe and Renee have taken care of for so many years. This is about much more than growing a company. It’s about continuing a legacy.”

Joe and Renee Park, owners of TAPP Plumbing, will remain involved with the company, albeit in a smaller capacity, helping with the transition and ensuring that the trademark TAPP Plumbing service continues.

Techmazing Heating and Air was founded in 2014 by Michael Dermer, with co-owner and partner Kenny Brown. The company originally operated under the name Trust Heating and Air. In 2025, the company rebranded as Techmazing Heating and Air. In 2026, it officially added plumbing services and now brings the TAPP Plumbing service and reputation into the fold.
